the steps

The next twelve steps in this programme are a distillation of years and years of metaphysical research and study on my part. As we go along, I will share pointers of where I found the information from so you can dive deeper if you wish. What I have done though is to make what I have learned simple and I have demystified the mystical using plain language.

Step 4 Realisation

Some Guidance for the Next Steps

Up to now, the steps have been filling you in with some background information and warming you up for what’s to come. As such, you can take them at any speed you like.

I recommend that you pace yourself for what’s to come and allow around 2-4 weeks between each step to allow things to stabilise.

Format for the next six steps

  • An opening meditation
  • An explanatory video
  • Repeat of the videos for each flavour so that you can find them in one place
  • A set of tasks to complete in your journal
  • A closing meditation
  • Note that this step has an additional intro video, some additional flavours and some more tasking than other steps

Yoga ManMeditation : Your Soul Path

This meditation gently eases you into the path where your soul takes the lead. It requires trust, learning and experimentation. Once you are on it, life becomes easy and bliss-full.

This meditation is seeded by the two meditations in Step Zero – namely Future Entanglement and Journey to the Akashic. Go back to them if it helps.

Flavours for Entering the Cube and the West Face

The flavours on each face come from a mix of Ethereal Whispers, Unconscious Murmurs and Directive Thoughts. So, they are here in one place if you want to refer back to any of them for further understanding.

As the flavours are in a new context and five flavour recipe, watching again can bring new insights.

Note too that, for this step there are two sets of flavours to revisit as four of them are used to enter the cube.

So take your time and make haste slowly!

The Cube of KarmaTask 1 : Building Your Cube

Take your time over this task, download and print out the flatpack cube below (right-click to save it).

Cut it out, fold over the tabs and assemble it.

Touch it, feel it, explore the other faces.

Leave it on your desk or bedside table and allow its magic to seep into your world.

Task 2 : Navigating the West Face

This task includes the flavours of the West Face and some additional thoughts on your journey so far.

In your journal make a list of the following:

Decision : Making your mind up
What decisions have you been putting off?

What would happen if you acted upon them today?

What decisions have you yet to make?

What information do you need to help you decide?

Comprehension : Getting to Know You
What do you know and comprehend right now?

What don’t you know and comprehend right now?

If you did know what you don’t know, what difference would that make?

How would you know that you do comprehend what it is you need to know?

Revolution : Flipping your thinking
Do you feel you are going around in circles?

How can you step off the merry-go-round?

Before you get back on, what will you change in your life?

When you get back on, how will you behave differently?

Replication : Finding your rhythm
What areas of your life are working well at the moment?

What areas of your life are not so good?

Is there a pattern lurking somewhere?

Perception : How do you perceive?
What does perception mean to you?

When did you last perceive something new about yourself?

Write down three new things you perceive today.

Write down three things you would like to perceive tomorrow.

Imagination : Unleashing your Imagineer
What is blocking you from imagining?

What is limiting your imagination?

What do you imagine perfection would mean in your life?

Just imagine for a few moments what can you do today to bring that perfection in, right now.

Adapt and thrive
What can you adapt for better purpose?

How can you adapt yourself to make things easier with others?

How can others adapt to better fit in with your plans?

What thoughts can you adapt to see these interrelationships in a new light?

Losing the stabilisers
Where could you do with some more balance?

What does balance mean to you?

What is currently tilting the see-saw of your life?

What could you do to bring it back to level?

Task 3 : Some Other Questions to Ponder

We can use the flavours to analyse and shed light on anything in our world. For example, in your journal make a list of the following:

Replication
What traits have you inherited from your Mother and Father?
What combinations of both represent the essence of you – good and not so good?
What can you achieve with the good traits you have inherited?
What can you learn by dealing with the not so good traits?
What new qualities do you possess that perhaps you don’t see in your parents?
What were your earliest perceptions and memories?
What are the three things you are most proud of/regret?
What areas of your life are working well at the moment?
What areas of your life are not so good?
Is there a pattern lurking somewhere?
What wisdom can you apply from the good areas to the not so good areas?
If you’re pushing water uphill, you’re out of kilter – what’s hard work for you now?
What are the three things you regret?
What three things do you still want to achieve?
How do you see the world right now?

Perception
How do you see the world right now?
What were your earliest perceptions and memories?
What does perception mean to you?
Are you being a busy fool and missing opportunities that abound?
What excuses are you making to stop you from realising your dreams?
When did you last perceive something new about yourself?

Imagination
What is blocking you from imagining?
What fears / self-doubts do you have?
What do you imagine perfection would mean in your life?
What three things do you still want to achieve?
Just imagine what can you do today to bring that perfection in, right now
What do you imagine you came here to do?

Adaptation
Do you find yourself stuck in the same old rut?
What can you adapt for better purpose?
How can you adapt yourself to make things easier with others?
How can others adapt to better fit in with your plans?
What thoughts can you adapt to see these interrelationships in a new light?

Equilibrium
What does balance mean to you?
Where could you do with some more balance?
What is currently tilting the see-saw of your life?
What could you do to bring it back to level?
What do you need to adapt in your life now so you can begin to fulfil your purpose?
How will fulfillment of your true purpose help get you get in equilibrium?
How will you know when you are in equilibrium?

There is no anti-equilibrium.
Maintaining balance is easy, explaining how isn’t. You will know you’re doing it when you’re confident to lose the stabilisers

Yoga ManMeditation : Being Soul-full

Following the path of your soul, and the path of return, is not an academic exercise where you get a certifcate for taking in all these course materials. Rather, it is a modus operandi and 365 day, 24×7 way to be. We must be it, live it and become it.

Following the guidance in this meditation to find out what is involved.

What’s Next?

In Step Six : Advancement, you leave the past behind and begin to form a new and bright future for yourself

This does not mean throwing the baby out with the bathwater but in keeping both, allowing the baby to grow and the bath to become bigger, wider, deeper and more luxurious.
