Every now and then it’s important to stop and reassess. Sometimes external events trigger such pauses. Sometimes it’s an inner realisation, perhaps caused by a change in circumstances or our wellbeing.

Since last July, when Insight Timer changed the position of the goalposts, my ‘working world’ has been in flux. The loss of income caused me to create The Adytum and the Outer Sanctum launched at the start of this year. At the same time, I also started interviewing guests for the Practical Alchemy show.

Then two weeks ago, we heard a great friend has slipped away unexpectedly in her sleep. On top of the sadness, we also ended up temporarily rehoming her blind terrier. So this external event threw our world into disarray. At least our dogs kind of got on, only with the odd bark when blind Stanley blundered into one of them.

Output-wise, I have not been in the mood to create, not least with three potential sources of barking mid-recording.

So, for the foreseeable, I’m putting recording any more episodes of the Practical Alchemy show on hold. I’m also taking a step back from creation of the modules for the Inner Sanctum.

In this interim time though I’ve discovered a 3D modelling tool called Spline that will help me show many hidden aspects of our being. It is the Missing Link I’ve been seeking to give a deeper insight into the Inner Sanctum materials. So, while in this limbo position, I’m taking time to research its capabilities. The plan then being to use this hiatus period to come back even stronger, brighter and with renewed enthusiasm to deliver on my karmic mission while still incarnate in this form.
